UK-listed IntelliAM AI launches agentic AI platform to revolutionise manufacturing productivity

IntelliAM AI has launched its end-to-end industrial intelligence platform at the London Stock Exchange promising to drive massive productivity gains for companies worldwide.

The platform, which cracks the code of industrial performance, marks a major opportunity to transform global industry by driving massive productivity gains without requiring major capital investment.

Unlike traditional industrial AI that merely monitors equipment or predicts failures, the third layer of IntelliAM's Industrial Intelligence Platform, Enigma, utilises agentic artificial intelligence to understand production-line performance in context.

It goes beyond dashboards and alerts to recommend or trigger direct operational actions, shifting manufacturers from passive data collection to active, intelligent decision-making.

The technology arrives as a direct answer to long-standing productivity challenges.

In the UK food and drink manufacturing sector alone, which contributes 37.3bn Gross Value Added, a modest 2% productivity uplift would inject 746m of additional annual economic value into the economy, while a 5% boost would deliver 1.865bn.

"Britain's future productivity gains will come less from building new factories and more from improving the performance of the assets we already have," said Tom Clayton, CEO of IntelliAM AI. "Manufacturers do not have a data problem; they have a decision problem. The opportunity now is to use agentic AI to turn trusted industrial data into better operational performance."

The tech platform, a complete AI ecoystem, also directly addresses severe labour shortages. With vacancy rates in food and drink manufacturing remaining well above the wider sector average, the platform optimises existing, scarce human resources rather than trying to replace them.

By capturing deep manufacturing expertise and interpreting complex operational data, the AI agents guide on-the-floor teams toward faster, more consistent choices. It effectively acts as a force multiplier for current staff, allowing limited engineering expertise to stretch much further.

IntelliAM already partners with half of the world's top 12 food and drink manufacturers and Enigma was developed using over a decade of domain expertise alongside live deployment trials with leading brands like Mller, Hovis, and SKF.

"Agentic AI represents the next stage in industrial transformation," added Clayton. "With the Industrial Intelligence Platform, we have cracked the code of industrial performance. This is how people and machines will be managed. This technology is about helping scarce expertise goes further."
