Taking place over three days at the NEC, Birmingham, the show will shine a light on the top trends making an impact across the food manufacturing industry. Visitors can discover the latest new ingredients and 'super foods' to make an impression on the industry, as well as discovering how to improve traceability and consumer trust and transform productivity.
Foodex 2016 is once again co-located with a number of other key trade shows including Food & Drink Expo, the {Farm Shop & Deli Show} and the National Convenience Show.
Live events at Foodex 2016 will include feature competitions such as the National Meat Products Competition and Young Butchers Competition, presented by the National Federation of Meat and Food Traders (NFMFT).
