One product that arouses interest is Lyonpro's inline high shear mixer for powder incorporation. It's dual entry design allows for solids to be added via the hopper and dropped directly into the high shear zone where it mixes with the liquids as opposed to other conventional inline mixers that introduce solids into the pipework leading into the high shear zone.

The advantage of this design is that this prevents the risk of solids forming agglomerates that may cause pipe blockages. Capable of flow rates of up to 150,000 l/hour, this mixer can mix products of up to 10,000mPas.
