New oil-free drum motor for applications in the food industry
Based on its Drum Motor Platform, Interroll has introduced a new generation of oil-free drum motors, ideal for hygiene-sensitive applications. These are synchronous oil-free drum motors which, by nature, are very efficient, which means less heat losses and a much higher power density, as opposed to asynchronous oil-free drum motors which are prone to overheating and power reduction and therefore loss in torque.
