Digital progressive-scan CCD cameras feature Mini-CL

Firstsight Vision is introducing four new digital progressive-scan CCD cameras from JAI, offering nearly twice the frame rate compared to many models on the market, yet maintaining full resolution and high image quality. The C-140 MCL and C-200 MCL are available in monochrome and single-chip colour versions.

Metal and nylon threaded cable glands seal to IP69K

Anixter Components (formerly known as Heyco) says its metal and nylon cable glands now have approval to IP69K (DIN 40 050 part 9:1993 and EN 60529:1991) for use in applications where the appliance will be subjected to high-pressure cleaning - for example, in processing equipment for foods, pharmaceuticals and chemicals.

Distributed motor controller is sealed to IP69K

Rockwell Automation is expanding its ArmorStart product line to include IP69K/NEMA 4X rated variants of its Bulletin 280/281/283 and 284 distributed motor controllers. These new additions will enable users in food and beverage applications to benefit from lower installation costs, reduced engineering times and ease of maintenance. In addition, the ArmorStart product line voltage ratings have been expanded to include 575V versions for all the products in the range, including the Bulletin 284 with built-in PowerFlex 40 drive.
