Baldor Electric's MicroFlex e100 and MotiFlex e100 single- and three-phase smart drives benefit from Mint Lite programming capability as well as Powerlink compatibility. These drives are now offered in a broad choice of power ratings up to 65A, which is major increase over the maximum 33.5A that was available when the ranges were first announced in 2010. The versatile drives may be used to control rotary and linear servo motors, linear motors, closed-loop vector motors, and in V/Hz control modes.

Extended range of IP65 inverters

The SMV range of frequency inverters from Lenze with IP65 enclosure has now been extended with four new powers up to 22kW. Dimensions and costs have been kept low by the use of a cooling fan that maintains the high enclosure level. This in turn means that no panel space is needed, a very useful feature when upgrading existing machinery, but also reduced costs on new machine designs. The SMV has found wide acceptance in food production, bakery mixers, conveyors, pumps and vacuum compressors.
