Aseptic dispense valves
The 754V-SS valve is a precision dispense valve with an aseptic design that reduces the risk of contamination in sterile fluid filling processes. Typical uses include filling contact lens packages with saline, dispensive monomers into lens moulds, filling vials with drugs, and small volume food and beverage applications.
The 754V-SS uses a unique, low maintenance diaphragm design to provide fast, precise dispensing of most low to medium viscosity fluids. It can be cycled up to 500 times per minute, with shot size ranging from 0.5 micro litres to a continuous flow range of 60 micro litres per second. A fast, clean cut off after each shot prevents drip and waste. To ensure sterility and simplify cleaning, the valve's fluid path is smooth and free of areas where contaminants or bacteria could collect. Wetted parts are made from 316L stainless steel.
